Staying at home with young children during the quarantine is not easy. However, Mme. Giselle Mulder, our Senior High School Language and Communications teacher, makes sure that her family enjoys its time together while staying productive. She and her husband, Chef Mark Mulder, are training their daughters to become superstars in the kitchen. Using cooking and baking as their teaching platform, the doting parents are actually imparting practical life lessons to their girls such as proper kitchen hygiene, food costing, knife skills, washing the dishes, grilling, frying, and maintaining a clean kitchen work station. These activities do not only strengthen the Mulder family’s bond, they also ensure that their hearts and stomachs are always full.
