Eagle Scout Ken Boltiador lives by his duty: “to help others at all times.” Over the quarantine period, he gave out pastries to the frontliners in some areas of Mandaue City, as well as to those assigned in the borders. Through this, Ken shows us that even a small act of kindness can make a huge impact to others.
